Psychotherapy isn't always about complicated theories or mysterious jargon. Sometimes, it's like a good chat—a chance to gain fresh perspectives on things. Sure, it can be tough or uncomfortable at times, but that's often where the real growth happens.
At Socra Hub, I'm here to create a space where you feel truly supported and comfortable being yourself. We'll work side by side to explore what brought you here and turn those experiences into stepping stones toward your goals. Because let's face it, humans are designed to grow, adapt, and evolve—and you're no exception. So, whether you're feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just a bit lost, we'll work together to identify patterns, tap into your strengths, and find ways to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I'm definitely not perfect (who is?), and I don't have a magic wand. But I do have the training, experience and a “toolbox” to help you unlock your own potential. Think of me as your sports coach—someone who's there to guide, challenge you when needed, and cheer you on every step of the way.
Fun facts
I love dancing and running (though I’m not exactly a pro!). These activities are a big part of my life, and I sometimes bring them up when explaining mindfulness. It’s just how I connect with things—I’m a pretty hands-on person. I’m also a visual learner, so I sometimes use (admittedly not-so-great) drawings during sessions to illustrate ideas. So, no judgment on my drawing skills, okay? 😉
I bring my authentic self so you can do the same.
There's no "therapist mode" here—I show up as my real, unfiltered self. I’m genuinely curious about what makes you tick and invested in helping you use that to your advantage.
And yes, we'll have serious moments, but when the time is right, I'm not afraid to throw in a bit of banter or offer a different angle. Because sometimes, a good laugh or a fresh perspective is exactly what we need to break through.
